1. Where is your furniture made?
All of our furniture is proudly handcrafted in the USA using high-quality, sustainably sourced wood. Each piece is made to order by skilled artisans.
2. What types of furniture do you make?
We specialize in solid wood furniture, including chairs, benches, and bedside/side tables. Our focus is on timeless, durable pieces with a rustic and natural feel.
3. Do you use real wood?
Yes — we only use genuine solid wood. No particle board, MDF, or veneers. Every piece is built for strength, character, and longevity.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are handcrafted and shipped within 2–4 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Can I customize a piece?
In many cases, yes! We offer custom sizing, finishes, and design tweaks on select pieces. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your needs.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, non-custom items. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are final sale. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
8. What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
9. How do I care for my wooden furniture?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Keep out of direct sunlight or extreme humidity to preserve the wood’s integrity and finish.
