Wood Stock Furniture is a U.S.-based business specializing in handcrafted wooden furniture. All items are made to order and are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, dimensions, and wood finishes accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of our furniture and the natural variations in wood grain and color, slight differences may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time and are non-refundable.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping times vary by product, but most orders ship within 2–4 weeks.

  • You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

  • Wood Stock Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items (see our Shipping & Returns policy).

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your item may have entered production and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Wood Stock Furniture and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wood Stock Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
